Ouch

I have had the painful experience today of trying to do the right thing and having everything come out wrong. My attempts to be transparent were misinterpreted as secret, my attempts to unify further divided, and suggestions for problem solving were seen as dictatorship. I risked vulnerability and the reaction was not kind. I attempted to resolve problems and really only created more. I am hurt and discouraged. I am really worried that I am being misperceived. I need an answer about what I can gain from this.
